The Sistine Chapel is the Pope's private chapel. It is also in this building that Cardinals select a new pope, famously sending black smoke towards the heavens when the vote has reached no conclusion, and white smoke when the new pope has been chosen. This is a picture of the private door used by the pope to enter the Sistine Chapel.
